01/09/2016 The book 'Garvagh and Aghadowey Heroes 1914-18' lists Joseph on page 60 and 61.
01/09/2016 Joseph Dickey Morrison was living in the Garvagh area when he enlisted in Coleraine.
01/09/2016 It seems Joseph was left property in Moneydig near Garvagh and moved there.
01/09/2016 His father died in 1912.
01/09/2016 Joseph's mother Anna died on 14th April 1902. Joseph was three years old.

30/12/2015 Joseph Dickey Morrison was the son of John and Anna Bella (Dickey) Morrison. He was born in Moy, Tyrone on 15th August 1898.
30/12/2015 The 1901 census records Dickey as 2 years old. John is the postmaster of Moy Post Office. The family is living above in the Square in Moy. John is also clerk of petty sessions.
