In the event of my death during active service, I give the whole of my my property, money and effects to my wife Lizzie Steenson, Tynan, County Armagh, Ireland. Private 13576. Sam Steenson, 9th Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers.
Private Samuel Steenson is buried in Pond Farm Cemetery, south west of Ypres in Belgium.
