Richard Williamson was born in Dungannon, County Tyrone. Richard was living in Ballachulish when he enlisted in Kinlochleven in Scotland. Lance Corporal Richard Williamson was serving with the 106th Field Company of the Royal Engineers when he died on Tuesday 9th April 1918. Lance Corporal Williamson has no known grave and is commemorated on Tyne Cot Memorial. He is also commemorated on Kinlochleven War Memorial.
