George Henry Wright was the son of Samuel and Mary Elizabeth Wright (nee Anderson). George was born Ballyboy, Co. Tyrone about 1895. The family lived in Ballyboy, Caledon, Tyrone. Samuel Wright was a farmer. Gunner George Henry Wright was serving with the 14th Brigade of the Royal Field Artillery when he died on 23rd July 1917. He was 22 years old.
